Fitskwad is built to support independent gyms and their members through community, retention and growth tools. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access where usage is found to be abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to other users.

Launch partners and participating gyms are expected to represent Fitskwad with the same care and integrity we extend to them — providing accurate information, honouring member commitments, and operating within applicable local laws.

Partners retain ownership of their brand, members and operations. Fitskwad acts as an enabling technology layer, not as a controlling entity.

The Fitskwad brand, product design, written content and platform technology are the intellectual property of Fitskwad. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse these materials without prior written permission.

Content you submit to the platform — such as gym information or messages — remains yours. You grant us a limited license to use it for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

Fitskwad may integrate with third-party tools for payments, analytics, communications and infrastructure. These services operate under their own terms and we are not responsible for their availability or performance.

Fitskwad is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

As Fitskwad grows, these terms may evolve. We will update the date below when changes are made and, where appropriate, notify partners directly. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
